- Vermicelli 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Dill 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
While the water is boiling, peel and chop the potatoes.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to the water and season with a little salt.
Step 3
A little later, add the vermicelli.
Step 4
Heat a pan with oil.
Step 5
Grate the carrot into thin strips.
Step 6
Finely chop the onion.
Step 7
Sauté the carrot with the onion and add to the soup.
Step 8
Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with a little salt, and whisk.
Step 9
Pour the eggs into the soup in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
Step 10
At the end of cooking, add the finely chopped dill and parsley.
Step 11
Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let it steep for a while.
