Light cream soup
Ingredients
- Champignons 15 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spanish onions 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Without thawing, divide the mushrooms into two portions (2/3 and 1/3). Place the smaller portion in boiling water, add salt and spices to taste, and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the remaining mushrooms in a blender, add the onion, half a cup of the broth made from the boiled mushrooms, and blend everything until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a pot (adding a piece of butter beforehand) and bring it to a boil for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add cream to the dish and bring to a boil. Then, add spices and pepper to taste, and optionally a little garlic. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 2 minutes. The soup is ready.
