Ingredients
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil ½ glasses
- Wheat Flour 3 glasses
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Almond to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the vegetable oil with sugar.
Step 2
Gradually add 2 eggs and enough flour to make the dough rollable.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness similar to that of a coffee saucer and cut out circular cookies using a wine glass or cookie cutters.
Step 4
Insert one blanched almond or walnut into the center of each cookie.
Step 5
Bake the cookies in a moderately heated oven until golden brown.
