Light chocolate mousse with mint
Ingredients
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 5 oz
- Skim Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Stevia Extract to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the yolk from the white and pour them into different containers.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks with 150 g of cottage cheese until smooth. Add stevia, mint, milk, and cocoa, and whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt using a mixer.
Step 4
Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese mixture using a silicone spatula, lifting the mixture from the bottom and stirring upwards each time (not in a circular motion).
Step 5
Divide the mixture into molds and let it cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
