Light chicken soup with greens
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Poultry 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Herbs 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken until cooked through, and leave it in the broth.
Step 2
Peel the onion and carrot, slice them into thin strips, and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and sauté the flour, then add sour cream and pour in 1 liter of chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the sautéed onions and carrots to the broth, cook for 3-5 minutes, then add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and spices. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 5
Cut the chicken into serving pieces and arrange them on plates. Pour the prepared soup over them.
