
Light Brownies with Prunes

Description
You can't taste the prunes at all! This results in a low-fat dessert with a pronounced chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- Prunes 0 oz
- Oat flakes 0 oz
- Ground Oats 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Potato protein ½ teaspoon
- Stevia Extract 0 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the almonds in a blender to a flour (if you have oats, grind them together with the almonds).
Step 2
Add yogurt, egg whites, starch, sweetener, and cocoa powder to the blender. Blend everything again.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (I used a silicone one, nothing sticks to it). Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F.
Step 4
After baking, let it cool, remove from the dish, and cut into 10 portion-sized pieces.
