- Avocado 3 pieces
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 1½ cups
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 tablespoons
- Croutons 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado, remove the pits, and place it in a blender.
Step 2
Add the cream and blend until smooth. Then add the broth and mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 3
Next, take a pot and grease the sides with vegetable oil, then carefully pour in the contents of the blender.
Step 4
There's just a little left: while stirring constantly, add the spices and lemon juice. The soup can be considered ready when the mixture reaches a soft creamy consistency.
Step 5
Pour into bowls, garnish with cucumber and croutons.
