Lentil Soup with Green Peas
Ingredients
- Lentils 1 cup
- Onion 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Canned Mushroom Soup ½ can
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the lentils for 2 hours and then cook them in the same water.
Step 2
Add finely chopped potatoes, onion, and carrot. Sauté the onion and carrot in butter beforehand.
Step 3
Cook the soup until the potatoes are done. Then remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and add the green peas.
Step 4
Mix well and serve.
