- Lentils 10 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Bacon to taste
- Semi-Smoked Sausage to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Sour Cream 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the red lentils with chicken broth.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion and a clove of garlic, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Season and add either some fried bacon until crispy, or fried chorizo sausage, or a spoonful of sour cream and some chopped red chili.
