  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Lentils 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Melted Cheese 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the lentils. Place them in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat with a lid on.

Step 2

While the lentils are cooking, chop the tomatoes (remove the skin beforehand), the smoked cheese, and the dill, and sauté them in olive oil.

Step 3

When the lentils are almost ready, add the sautéed mixture along with the cream and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes with the lid on.

Step 4

It's ready, just blend the finished soup in a blender until it reaches a puree consistency.
