  • Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
  • Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Ginger 0 oz
  • Red Curry Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Cardamom ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Soak the red lentils overnight.
