Ingredients

  • Water 0 qt
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Ocean salt 1 teaspoon
  • Courgette 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Garlic 4 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots, slice them into rounds, and add them to boiling water.

Step 2

Add the garlic to the pot without chopping.

Step 3

Slice the onion into rings and add it to the pot. The onion and carrot should cook for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Add salt.

Step 5

Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and add to the soup, cooking for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, add them to the pot, and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Now add the finely chopped dill and cook for 2 minutes.
