Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Baking Powder 3 spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Milk ¾ glasses
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0,3 glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter or place a paper liner in each cup.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and lemon zest.
Step 3
In another bowl, lightly beat the egg with the milk and vegetable oil.
Step 4
Combine both mixtures and stir well (the batter will be slightly lumpy).
Step 5
Fill the molds two-thirds full with the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick.
Step 6
Leave in the mold for 1 minute, then transfer to a plate.
