- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces

- Milk 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the batter, mix 250 grams of flour with the baking powder.
Step 2
Beat 3 eggs with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds on high speed, gradually adding 100 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, 100 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of milk.
Step 3
Then gradually add the flour mixture with baking powder until a smooth, homogeneous batter forms.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the mold and spread it evenly. Place the mold in the oven on the rack in the lower third of the oven.
Step 5
After 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle to a depth of about 1 cm with a sharp knife.
Step 6
Bake for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.
Step 7
Leave the cake in the mold for 10 minutes, then remove it from the mold and cool it on a kitchen rack.
Step 8
Grease the cake mold with fat. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
