- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Green jasmine tea bags 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brew the tea bags in hot milk. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking powder, then add the zest of one lemon and one lime.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar, vanilla, and the egg. Once the milk has cooled, remove the tea bags. Add the milk to the butter. Then, gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula for a few minutes until smooth.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the muffin tin with butter or line it with paper cupcake liners. Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
