Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- "Jubilee Cookies" 20 oz
- 33% Cream 15 fl oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies in a blender and mix them with 250 g of softened butter.
Step 2
Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, then add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and half a cup of lemon juice, mixing everything together.
Step 3
It is advisable to use a springform pan. Distribute the mixture of cookies and butter evenly in the pan, ensuring the bottom is thin but firm, and create walls to hold the filling. Pour the mixture into the pan.
