Lemon Silababa
Ingredients
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Brandy 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- White Vermouth 5 fl oz
- Cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the zest from the lemons and chop it.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice.
Step 3
Place half of the zest in a pot, pour in the juice and brandy. Leave overnight.
Step 4
The next day, strain the mixture, add sugar, and boil until fully dissolved.
Step 5
Add the sweet white wine and slowly mix with the whipped cream.
Step 6
Spoon into individual bowls and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve the finished silababa in glasses with fresh berries.
