  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • 33% Cream 10 fl oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Line a 30x40 cm baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until fluffy.

Add the condensed milk and vanilla sugar, and beat again.

Dissolve the baking soda in lemon juice, add to the mixture, and stir.

Add the sifted flour, mixing the batter on low speed to avoid lumps.
