Ingredients
- Krasnodar rice 10 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 6 teaspoons
- Turmeric 1 tablespoon
- Cognac 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the zest with sugar and turmeric, pour in the milk, cream, and cognac, add the rice, and let it cook over low heat.
Step 2
When the rice is three-quarters cooked, transfer it to molds, seal them with foil, and place them in an oven preheated to 300°F for half an hour. Remove, let cool, and serve with a shot of limoncello.
