Ingredients
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Water 10 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the yolks with sugar (or sugar substitute), add cold water, lemon juice, and grated lemon zest.
Step 2
Cook in 'Stew' mode for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Add salt to the egg whites, add sugar (or sugar substitute), and whip to a thick foam.
Step 4
Combine the egg whites with the warm lemon mixture.
Step 5
Bake in 'Bake' mode for 30 minutes, then leave in 'Keep Warm' mode for 20 minutes.
