- Poppy seed paste 1 tablespoon

- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Cream the butter with sugar until light, beat the egg white, and mix the yogurt and lemon juice.
Step 3
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, poppy seeds, and half of the lemon zest.
Step 4
Add the egg yolk to the butter and sugar mixture, then the yogurt with lemon juice, and finally the beaten egg white.
Step 5
Mix everything together gently.
Step 6
Spoon the mixture into muffin molds. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest. Bake for 11–14 minutes.
