Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Lemon 5 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz

Step 1
Cut the butter into small pieces and place it in a saucepan set over a double boiler. Add the sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cook over steam, stirring until everything melts.
Step 2
While continuing to stir, pour a little of the mixture into the beaten eggs, then pour everything back into the saucepan or bowl and stir until it thickens. The mixture should lightly coat a wooden spoon. It may take up to 10 minutes to achieve the desired thickness. Transfer to clean warm jars and seal.
