Lemon Kiwi Pie
Ingredients
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Kiwi 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the lemons with soap and dry them. Peel the kiwi and cut it into large cubes.
Step 2
Place the lemons with the peel in a blender and puree them.
Step 3
Mix the lemon puree with sugar, add cottage cheese and egg, and beat the mixture with a mixer or blender.
Step 4
Combine the flour with the baking powder, add it to the liquid mixture, and beat.
Step 5
Add the kiwi to the batter and mix.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease the baking pan with butter.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40–50 minutes.
Step 8
Serve slightly warm with ice cream.
