For this dessert, you can use any ice cream. It always turns out very festive and delicious.

- Champagne Sorbet 5 lbs

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a round pie dish with a hole in the center.
Step 2
Spread a thick layer of slightly softened lemon sorbet on the walls and bottom of the dish. Place in the freezer for 1 hour until set.
Step 3
Fill the center of the dish with champagne sorbet, smooth it out, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer overnight until set.
Step 4
Before serving, hold the bottom of the dish in hot water for a few seconds and invert onto a plate. Serve immediately or keep in the freezer for a couple more hours to allow the melted layer to set.
