Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with powdered sugar until creamy. Add the lemon zest and mix.
Step 2
Sift the flour with the starch and mix with the butter until a smooth, homogeneous dough forms.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a sheet about 1 cm thick and cut out flowers or any other shapes with a cookie cutter.
Step 4
Decorate each cookie with hazelnuts. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake the cookies for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool and serve.
