Ingredients
- Lemon 1½ pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Sparkling water 5 fl oz

Dissolve the sugar in the water.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the water with sugar, stir well.
Step 3
Place in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring thoroughly every 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve garnished to taste, with a sweet roll or cookie.
