- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Light Corn Syrup 0 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Buttermilk 10 fl oz
- Dessert Yogurt 10 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, corn syrup, and ginger. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Strain into a small bowl and cool.
Step 2
Add yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well and transfer to an ice cream maker or container. Place in the freezer for a few hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
