Ingredients
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste

Step 1
Soak the gelatin in a small amount of water.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemon juice.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with sugar until thick foam forms. You can add vanilla sugar.

Add the lemon juice. The mixture should taste very sweet and sour.
Step 5
Melt the gelatin over low heat. Remember to stir it.
Step 6
Add the gelatin to the prepared mixture, preferably through a sieve, to avoid any undissolved gelatin lumps in the dessert.
Step 7
Mix everything with a mixer on low speed and pour into molds. Place in the refrigerator until fully set. The dessert will layer. The bottom will be lemon jelly, and the top will be the egg whites. This is how it should be.
