Description

Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the sugar and butter with a mixer. While continuing to beat, add the lemon zest, flour, and lemon juice. Separate the yolks from the whites and add them to the mixture. Whip the egg whites separately until stiff peaks form. Add half of the whipped egg whites to the main mixture, pour in the milk, mix everything together, and then add the remaining half of the egg whites.
Step 2
Grease the mold with butter and pour the entire mixture into the mold. Bake for 50 minutes at 355°F.
