Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Lemon 1½ pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop one and a half lemons and blend them until smooth.
Step 2
Mix the sugar, butter, eggs, milk, lemon puree, and vanilla sugar. Stir everything thoroughly until well combined.
Step 3
Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and knead a not too thick dough.
Step 4
Using a tablespoon or a piping bag, place small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–390°F for 15–20 minutes.
