- Sugar 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Limoncello 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and 60 ml of water, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, stop stirring and cook the syrup until it reaches a dark caramel state.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, liqueur, butter, and 30 ml of water (be careful! The caramel will sizzle and splatter). Stir and serve warm.
