- Margarine 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the lemon, blend it, or pass it through a meat grinder. It's better to remove the seeds in advance.
Step 2
Mix the lemon with sugar.
Step 3
Knead the dough. Divide it into 2 parts. Roll each part to a thickness of 3–4 mm.
Step 4
Place the dough sheet on a baking tray, creating a small edge. Distribute the filling. Cover with the second sheet.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven until cooked and golden brown.
