- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 1.3 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda 1½ teaspoons
- Dessert Yogurt 1¼ g
- Milk ½ cup
- Fresh Berries 10 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a loaf pan with butter.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the yogurt, milk, and lemon zest.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and mix well. Then fold in the blueberries gently.
Step 4
Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for about 1 hour until done. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a plate and let cool.
