  • Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
  • Almond 5 oz
  • Raw cane sugar 5 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix 2 pieces
  • Soy Vanilla Milk 5 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Poppy seed paste 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the flour, poppy seeds, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the juice and zest of 2 lemons, yogurt, and a few tablespoons of water if needed to knead a firm dough.

Step 2

Form small balls from the dough with your hands and slightly flatten them. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Bake in the oven at 355°F for 25 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown.
