Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Butter 5 tablespoons
- 20% Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ground Almonds 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until a white foam forms. Add melted butter and sour cream, and mix well.
Step 2
Combine the flour with the baking powder. Sift the almonds. Add all of this to the mixture.
Step 3
Zest one lemon and squeeze out the juice. Add it to the batter and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into molds and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
