Ingredients
- Mild Chili Spice 5 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 lbs
- Tomatoes 5 lbs
- Onion 15 oz
- Carrot 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and chop the tomatoes.
Step 2
Wash, clean, and chop the chili peppers.
Step 3
Pass the tomatoes and chili peppers through a meat grinder. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Peel and julienne the carrots.
Step 5
Clean and cut the bell peppers into medium pieces.
Step 6
Chop the onion.
Step 7
Add the carrots to the tomato mixture.
Step 8
Add salt and sugar.
Step 9
Pour in the oil and vinegar. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 10
Then add the chopped sweet bell peppers and chopped onion to the pot and boil for another 30 minutes.
Step 11
Now you can pour it into sterilized jars.
Step 12
Seal the jars. Place them lid-side down, wrap in a warm cloth, and leave until completely cool.
