Description

For the filling, you can use diced cabbage that has been blanched in boiling water. Drain the water through a sieve. Mix the cabbage with diced boiled eggs and combine with melted butter, adding salt to taste. This is my grandmother's favorite holiday dish.

Beat the eggs with sugar and butter (or margarine).

Step 6

Combine the eggs and yeast mixture. Then add the sour cream.

Step 7

Add baking soda, dissolved in vinegar.

Step 8

Add vanillin and salt.

Step 9

Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.

Step 10

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out each part.

Step 11

Place one rolled-out dough on a baking sheet, add the filling, and cover with the second rolled-out dough.

Step 12

Let the finished pie sit in a warm place for 2 hours.

Step 13

When the dough has risen, bake it, brushing the pie with egg beforehand.
