Lazy Pie with Fish and Rice Filling
Baking and Desserts • Estonian
Description
For the filling, you can use diced cabbage that has been blanched in boiling water. Drain the water through a sieve. Mix the cabbage with diced boiled eggs and combine with melted butter, adding salt to taste. This is my grandmother's favorite holiday dish.
