Description

  • Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Sugar ½ spoons
  • Baking Powder ½ spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to taste

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.

Whisk together the milk, egg, salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder.

Add cheese to the dough and mix well.

Heat a skillet, grease it with vegetable oil, and pour in the batter. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes. The bottom should be golden brown and the top should set.
