- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar ½ tablespoon
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Sauté the onion in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
Spread the onion filling over the pastry, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped walnuts. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
