Description

You can brush the pockets with egg yolk for a golden finish. I didn't do that.

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry 1 piece
  • Chocolate to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the dough into rectangles.

Step 2

Divide the chocolate into pieces.

Step 3

Place a piece of chocolate at the edge of each rectangle.

Step 4

Wrap the chocolate in the dough, in several layers, like a roll. Secure the edges well.

Step 5

Place on a baking sheet (I didn't grease the baking sheet).

Step 6

Bake for about 15 minutes.
