
Layered Cake with Poppy Seeds, Nuts, and Raisins

Description
I have a 26 cm springform pan. Poppy seeds and raisins should be scalded with boiling water beforehand.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 20 oz
- Sour Cream 25 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Nuts 5 oz
- Poppy seed paste 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 3 teaspoons
- Raisins 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For one layer, beat 1 egg and half a cup of sugar.
Step 2
Continuing to beat, add half a cup of sour cream.
Step 3
Then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and half a cup of flour.
Step 4
Knead a not very thick dough.
Step 5
Add half a cup of poppy seeds.
Step 6
Line the pan with parchment paper, pour the dough into it, and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25 minutes.
Step 7
The second and third layers are made similarly, just replace the poppy seeds with nuts and raisins, respectively.
Step 8
For the cream, lightly whip 400 grams of sour cream and half a cup of sugar. Place in the refrigerator until the layers are ready.
Step 9
When all the layers are ready, assemble the cake. 1 layer — cream — 2 layer — cream — 3 layer — cream. Decorate to your taste.
