  • Puff Pastry 5 oz
  • 33% Cream 10 fl oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 4 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Roll the dough into a rectangle measuring 22×30 cm. Transfer it onto a baking sheet and place it in the oven for 15–20 minutes. Once the dough is nicely browned, remove it and let it cool slightly, then use a sharp knife to cut it horizontally and divide it into two large sheets.

Step 3

In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread the resulting cream evenly over the bottom layer of the cake. Grate approximately 40 grams of chocolate directly onto the cream to create a thin layer, then cover with the top layer of dough.

Step 4

Melt the remaining chocolate (for example, using a double boiler) and drizzle it over the surface of the dough in thin diagonal lines using a spoon. Once the chocolate has set, cut it into rectangular pieces with a sharp knife and serve immediately.
