Ingredients
- Milk ¾ cup
- Lavender flowers 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the lavender flowers, mix with milk, and simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2
Beat the butter with sugar, then add the eggs.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixture and the milk-lavender mixture to the butter mixture.
Step 5
Stir, pour into molds that have been greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 340°F and bake for 40 minutes.
