- Honey ¾ cup
- Lavender flowers 15 pieces

Step 1
In a saucepan, heat the honey until hot, without boiling. Add the lavender flowers, stir, and let cool. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Reheat the honey until it is liquid and strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Transfer to a jar and let cool.
