- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Scallions to taste
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece

Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the ham, and add the chopped onion and boiled eggs.
Step 2
Cut each lavash sheet into 4–6 pieces. Wrap the filling in them.
Step 3
Fry in a pan on both sides.
