Lavash Pie with Cheese and Herbs

Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Kefir 1 cup
- Dill 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese and mix it with finely chopped herbs. Beat the raw eggs with the kefir. Then mix all the ingredients together. This will be the filling for the pie.
Step 2
Brush the lavash sheets with kefir. Grease a baking dish (approximately 20 x 20 cm) with oil. Place one sheet of lavash in the dish so that the edges hang evenly over the sides. Place the second sheet on top. Spread half of the filling in the dish, covering it with the hanging edges of the first sheet like an envelope. Then add the remaining filling and cover it with the hanging edges of the second lavash sheet.
Step 3
Pour the remaining kefir over the wrapped pie.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for half an hour, until the pie is golden brown.
