Lavash on the Skillet

Ingredients

  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve ½ teaspoon of salt in 250 ml of warm water.

Step 2

Add the flour and knead the dough (the amount of flour is to taste, as much as the dough will take).

Step 3

Knead the dough well and roll it into a sausage shape.

Step 4

Cut the sausage into small pieces.

Step 5

Roll each piece into the future lavash. Roll it very thin!

Step 6

Place the lavash on a DRY skillet.

Step 7

As soon as the lavash starts to brown, flip it over.

Step 8

To keep the lavash soft, moisten the edges with regular water using a spray bottle and cover with a towel.
