Lavash Chips with Cheese
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 2
Whisk the sour cream with the egg, add pepper, garlic, and 2/3 of the grated cheese, and mix well.
Step 3
Spread the cheese mixture over the lavash sheets and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese on top.
Step 4
Cut the lavash into small pieces and place them on a dry baking sheet, bake in the oven at 355°F until golden brown.
