- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Green Peas 1 cup
- Beans 1 cup
- Potato protein 2 teaspoons
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb into slices and sauté in hot sunflower oil. Then pour in boiling water, add salt, and spices. Cook the meat until almost done. Then add the chopped tomatoes and potatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 2
Separately, boil the young peas and young beans. Add the peas and beans to the soup. Bring the soup to a boil again, stirring constantly, and pour in the sour cream mixed with starch. Add spices to the soup once more and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
