Ingredients
- Lamb 20 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 6 tablespoons
- Radish 1 piece
- Chives 1 bunch
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fat Tail Fat 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb and fatty tail fat into strips and sauté with tomato paste, salt, and pepper until partially cooked.
Step 2
Slice the onion, radish, and chives into strips and sauté. Combine the vegetables with the meat. Then add broth and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Drop the noodles into the boiling soup. To prepare the noodles, knead the dough from flour, egg, and water with salt and spices. Cut the dough into strips. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the garlic and add it to the soup.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped herbs.
